RETURN
1. If the goods sent do not meet your expectations, you have the right to return them (withdraw from the contract) within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
2. Please send returned products to the following address:

Remember that we do not accept shipments sent to us via cash-on delivery or to collection points.
Shipping costs related to the return of goods are covered by the customer.
3. The returned goods must be 100% unused, delivered in the original packaging. Please secure and pack the shipment carefully.
4. Please include a completed return/complaint form with your shipment - you will find it below. You can also send the form by e-mail to hello@SalamanDRY.com, which will speed up the return process.
5. The funds will be refunded immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of delivery of the shipment to the above-mentioned address. The refund of transaction costs is made by bank transfer to the account number indicated in the form. If the account number is not provided or an incorrect account number is provided, the funds will be transferred to the account from which payment for the order was made.
COMPLAINT
1. All products purchased through the www.SalamanDRY.com store are subject to warranty claims. Complaints may be submitted electronically and sent to hello@SalamanDRY.com.
2. If you want to make a complaint about the goods, please send them back using any registered shipping method along with the completed form to the following address:
